* UWAGA - zamówienia dla 'Next Tether Activation Policy Description: 399 - UK Carphone Flex activation policy' będą skutkowały utratą kredytów - takie oznaczenie wskazuje na telefon nie aktywowany w sieci i będzie traktowany jako 'zła sieć'
* Zamówienie IMEI z innych sieci będzie skutkowało utratą kredytów
* Zamówienia dla odblokowanych IMEI nie będą refundowane
* Zamówienie błędnych IMEI lub IMEI z czarnej listy będzie skutkowało utratą kredytów
* Nie mamy możliwości kasacji zamówień w trakcie realizacji
* Odblokowanie może potrwać dłużej niż wyznaczony na stronie czas realizacji
* W przypadku nieodblokowania telefonu zwracamy kredyty w serwisie, nie wypłacamy pieniędzy na konto
* Telefon musi pochodzić z wyżej wymienionej sieci i być aktywowany w sieci

- Wszystkie reklamacje i zapytania weryfikacyjne musza byc zgloszone obsludze serwisu nie pozniej niz 14 dni kalendarzowych od momentu odblokowania

Dodatkowe wymagania dla serwisu EE 65% :

* IMEI musi aktywowany w sieci EE od minimum 6 miesięcy
* W przypadku kontraktu wszystkie płatności muszą być uiszczane na bieżąco
* Proszę nie wysyłać IMEI uprzednio odrzuconych w tym lub innych serwisach

Orange, T-mobile and EE UK service (only clean IMEI - please check before ordering)

* ATTENTION - orders for 'Next Tether Activation Policy Description: 399 - UK Carphone Flex activation policy' will result in loss of credits - that reading means the phone is unactivated and will be treated as 'wrong network'
* Orders for IMEI from other network will result in loss of credits
* Orders for unlocked IMEI will not be refunded
* Orders for wrong or blacklisted IMEI will result in loss of credits
* Orders, once processed, cannot be cancelled
* Unlocking can take longer than the time given in service description
* In case of order cancellation we refund credits in the account only, not money
* All phones must be from correct network and activated on this network
* All given times are for WORKING DAYS
* Orders not complying with the above will result in full or partial loss of credits 
* COMPLAINTS AND ORDER VERIFICATION - CLICK
- All complaints and verification requests must be made no later than 14 calendar days from the unlock date

Additional requirements for the EE 65% service :

* IMEI must be activated in EE for at least 6 months
* If on contract all payments must be up to date
* Please do not send IMEIs flagged in EE database (rejected before in this or in another service)
